Manufacturer warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer's terms, conditions, registration requirements, and exclusions.
Questions About Your Warranty
It depends on the gunite specification in your contract. #4 rebar with 4,000 psi gunite carries a lifetime structural warranty; #3 rebar with 3,000 psi gunite carries a 10-year structural warranty. Both are subject to the terms and exclusions of our applicable structural warranty.
Yes. PebbleTec finishes carry a lifetime warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms, registration requirements, and exclusions. Florida Stucco finishes carry a 10-year warranty on material only, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Jandy equipment and lights carry a 3-year warranty when purchased and installed as an eligible manufacturer bundle, or 1 year for a single item or part — both subject to manufacturer warranty requirements.
One year on labor: structural, tile, and plaster labor on new pool construction; tile and plaster labor on pool renovations; and paver installation.
No — they're separate. Manufacturer warranties (on equipment, PebbleTec, and Florida Stucco finishes) are governed by that manufacturer's own terms, conditions, registration requirements, and exclusions, alongside the coverage Liquid Luxe provides directly.
